Browse available rooms on SpareRoom. When you find one you like, apply and tell us about yourself. We want to understand who you are.
Interview
We'll schedule a conversation with you. This isn't an interrogation, it's about assessing fit and compatibility with the household.
References
If you're selected, we'll take up references – employer, previous landlord, character. We do this properly, not as a box-tick.
Move In
Once approved, we handle tenancy paperwork, deposit protection, and move-in details. You'll receive a welcome pack explaining how everything works.
